Smart Gym Feedback System Piloting Report

During the development of smart gym, a need for easy to use feedback system arose. There was need for gathering feedback from gym test users in order to develop the gym according the user needs. The feedback system wanted to be as easy to use as possible for the gym users. The idea was that the gym users could give the feedback quickly on their way out by tapping touchscreen. The gathered feedback could then be followed up in real time by operator or system developer.

Purpose of this deliverable is to describe the so far development and piloting process of new kind of feedback system at Polar gym. Also next steps and further development suggestions are presented.
