Fatman HomeBook demo was implemented as part of the DIEM Dissemination Day. In demonstration was experienced applying the oBIX-based large buildings facility management system to small house domain.

As a result, the experiences from both development and using the system were gathered. The HomeBook type of system seems to be most suitable for apartment blocks and row houses, where the normal way to take care of the maintenance is a specific company. In small house domain the graphs and trends provide as well relevant information, but advantages are not as big as when scaling to a bigger amount of apartments at once.
