Documentation for Discovery Entity Implementation

This deliverable defines discovery entity operations and table format that is used in discovery entity implementation. The implementation is done with python utilizing Bluetooth and WLAN as a wireless transport examples. The service discovery mechanisms that are used are Bluetooth SDP and Zeroconf. It is however easy to add other connectivity or service domain adapters because there is no transport nor service specific relation in discovery entity API.
