Device and Service Map Specification in XSD

This document defines the XML schemas for the Service and Device Connectivity Map (SCM) as well as for the Virtual Devices (VD). Emphasis of the work was to define the general schema structure – not each different service and connectivity method. Accordingly, the schema presented here will evolve in future.
