BT/TCP Ldown to Support NVD (Specification)

NoTA is a transport-agnostic technology where one of the nodes in system, the resource manager, is used to manage all nodes in the NoTA-network. However, in ad-hoc based environment multiple NoTA-networks might appear. To keep NoTA-networks separated from each other, a new concept called NoTA Virtual Device has been introduced.

The documents of this deliverable define the NoTA Virtual Device support for Bluetooth and TCP NoTA-transport layers (Ldowns).
